There can be many different reasons of returning goods. Whatever the reason, we’ll guide you on what to do below.
Every case of return must be reported to our service center at email@example.com
Returns must always be packed in original poly plastic bags, intact packaging and with original hang tags. In other words, the goods must be in the condition ready to be placed in stock without additional handling.
If we receive returns that do not meet these basic requirements, we’ll charge 15% from the value of the product.
Please notice that it’s not possible to return display samples.
